Jonathan C. Taube is a Certified Personal Chef with the United States Personal Chef Association and the owner of Rocky Rill Foods, which he established in 2002.
With his passion for fine food and entertaining, Jonathan loves teaching and sharing his knowledge. He has been the cooking instructor at Williams-Sonoma at The Westchester in White Plains, NY since 2005. Jonathan also develops custom menu plans and conducts private in-home and corporate cooking classes for interactive-dinner parties and special events.
As a Product Specialist for KitchenAid, a leading producer of quality counter-top appliances, Jonathan can frequently be seen at some of Westchester’s finer stores including Bloomingdales, Chef Central, Macy’s, and Williams-Sonoma.
Jonathan has appeared in many publications, including Westchester Home, the Journal News, InTown Westchester, Hudson Valley, and Chronogram.
